Blinc Sales Institute developed a one-day training course that will take you through the crucial steps for developing a practical and workable business model. 

Wherein lies the actual value of your value proposition, who are your ideal customers, which costs are inherent to your business and how is your income generated? These are only some of the questions to which you will formulate a clear and effective answer.  

Next, we will define your mission, vision and values as an entrepreneur on the basis of the canvas. What is your business’ essential purpose? What do you aim to achieve in the short, medium and long term? How do you plan to distinguish yourself from your competition? 

There are several business models in existence, from ... to freemium on numerous different platforms. We will analyse a number of business models that have proven to be genuinely useful. These include those of Apple, Google, Sony Playstation, Visa and Spotify. 

At the end of the day we will test your idea according to the business matrix and will teach you to translate theory into practice by introducing you to the key principles of “Lean Start-Up”.
