As a commercial engineer, I was trained to think commercially and analytically. With 15 years of experience in sales and sales management (project development/brownfield development) behind me, I am completely familiar with the challenges in this profession. My respect for salespeople and managers is tremendous! It has given me a great deal of pleasure to help them become more efficient and effective in what they do. Seeing them (and therefore you too!) grow is my greatest source of satisfaction.
